DJ MICHELLE
No tag is needed as DJ Michelle is known as just that throughout the country. She began her DJ career back in 1988 and is famous for her wide variety of styles ranging from house to hip-hop, pop to punk and indie to electro. The word eclectic was invented for her!
Starting out in Manchester and Liverpool, Michelle has since been involved in some of the UK's top clubs entertaining crowds up and down the country, including Manchester (Hacienda, No. 1 Club), Glasgow (Polo Lounge, Reds, Mercury Lounge) and not forgetting to mention her current residencies in Edinburgh (Wiggle, Velvet) and Liverpool (Kookoo) and national club-night, Poptastic.
She also has regular guest slots here at Bootylushous and Joy, where she was one of the original DJs when it began in 1993.
